A cease-and-desist letter, especially from Gary Larson's lawyers, can't be something anyone would welcome. I can only imagine how quickly the guys who wanted to call their (then) new comic "Cow Tools," came up with a different name.
Homework for today: Find out which comic (currently running) is being referred to above. Include the original creators of that strip as well.
