Design flaws

Instead of opting for numerical order, this elevator panel design takes a choose-your-own-adventure method, forcing one to look carefully for the floor you’re looking for. Level 12 even has two buttons assigned to it.

So much for scientific accuracy. This medical show tried to pass off bathroom scrubbers as medical equipment.
While these overlapping circles look nice, it might also appear to look like a Venn diagram. Looked at that way, it doesn’t make this company’s values look all that great.

This graphic was supposed to highlight the importance of knowing in-flight safety procedures. Instead, it left most airline passengers focused on the drawing of a baby that this designer went with. Rather than being cute, it looks like a grown person’s head on a baby’s body.

While this sign was certainly trying, it did not succeed in putting anyone at ease. If anything, this design was so flawed that it probably succeeded more at scaring people away from the building. A friendly painting of a nice family might have been the better choice here.
